GameChanger

Featured: Scaling Video Adoption I joined GameChanger just as we launched live video streaming of events from the mobile app. One of the most impactful features I worked on was adding the ability to stream with an external camera. Mevo cameras were popular among those streaming youth sporting events and our integration with them helped legitimize GameChanger as a video platform. Usage of external cameras now represent ~30% of video streaming volume. Link

Other Highlights

  • Lead product strategy for team management and admin tools, driving improvements in messaging, scheduling, RSVPs, and organizational workflows used by coaches, parents, and league administrator
  • Increased teams adopting video broadcasting by 60% YoY through product enhancements and integrations, with broadcasting teams generating 3X more revenue than non-broadcasting teams
  • Scaled emerging sports business from $0 to seven figures by launching video- and audio-centric monetization features

A+E Networks

Featured: 0-1 Subscription Service I was the lead PM for A+E Networks' first subscription product, Lifetime Movie Club. Our team worked closely with the editorial to create a content strategy that felt fresh for our audience despite starting with a limited library. We also built an authentication service and partnered with marketing to establish a first-party data strategy. We eventually launched three subscription products that together generated over $10M in ARR. Link

Other Highlights

  • Added over $10M in incremental annual revenue by scaling A+E’s TV App offering (A&E, HISTORY, Lifetime) to additional platforms (Android, Apple TV, Roku, Fire TV)
  • Established growth team to bring experiment culture to A+E; team drove upwards of 15% increase in time spent per visitor through A/B tests and iterative development

The Wall Street Journal

Featured: Unified In-App & Internal Subscription Platform I started my product management career at The Wall Street Journal as mobile apps were taking off. One of the most memorable features we launched was Apple in-app subscriptions for the WSJ app. WSJ already had its own billing system for paid subscriptions—we integrated IAP on top of it so customers could access multiple SKUs their subscription provided. Although we gave up the 30% app store fees, the ease of the IAP flow helped us generate an incremental $5M ARR at the time. Link

Other Highlights

  • Partnered with Circulation Marketing team to introduce sales of individual issues of WSJ, an entirely new revenue stream for the product; generated 6-figure incremental annual revenue
  • Launched The WSJ App for Android, increasing mobile MAUs and subscription revenue by 15%

Product School

Featured: Retention Lecture I gave a lecture titled “Why Retention is Important for Product Management” that was sponsored by Product School. It covered the definition of retention, how to measure it, and practical examples of how it can make or break a product. Link

Other Highlights

  • Instructor for a Product Management course that introduced core product principles to early career professionals looking to transition into product management
